the client initially believes. While our processes are geared
to support your needs we are also available to guide you through
some issues without going to the expense of actually hiring
our company to do the work that will give you the same results.
If, after the initial consultation, it appears that your needs
do not require our specific services, but simply advice on
how to get the desired results, one of our highly trained
investigators will be available either by telephone or in
person. Consulting is billed at a specified rate per hour.
VEHICLE
REPOSSESSION:
Vehicle Repossession is available through CM Investigations,
Inc. for individual vehicle dealers as well as large distributors
of automobiles and trucks. We do NOT do repossessions that
are involved in domestic cases or for individual owners that
are not associated with a dealership.
Repossession is billed in Travis County at 33% of the amount
owed to the dealer at the time of repossession. All fees are
to be paid upon the receipt of the vehicle to the lot. Prior
to sending one of our investigators on a repossession case
a signed contract is required. If a repossession is required
outside of Travis County all expenses are to be paid at the
time of the contract execution and prior to one of the investigators
engaging in this service. The fee is billed at the rate of
33% of the amount owed to the dealer at the time of repossession.
There is a minimum fee charged. |
