Cyndi Martinez, President and Co-Owner of CM Investigations, Inc. is a former police officer with 15 years experience in the investigations field and the former owner of Martinez Investigations and Martinez Citation-Subpoena Service. Over the past 16 years, she has had extensive experience in customer service and management and has proven to be very effective in uncovering employee theft, fraud, background investigations, locating, process serving and consulting.

Joe Martinez, Lead Investigator and Co-Owner, is a former Detective for Travis County Sheriff's Dept. and investigator for the Attorney General's office and the Travis County District Attorney's office. He brings 34 years of detailed investigative experience including homicide, burglary, assault, gangs, fraud, narcotics and domestic misconduct. Additionally, fugitive retrieval, interviewing witnesses and defendants and researching information are specialties of his. Joe is bi-lingual and a professional translator.

Ron Hays, Associate Investigator, is a 20 year Air Force veteran and has over 16 years of technical surveillance, database research, and analytical experience in intelligence operations; including counter-narcotics, weapons proliferation, homeland security, and intelligence training. Ron has extensive experience in digital video and photo editing and is a former US Air Force Air Combat Command Intelligence Officer of the Year. Currently, Ron is a Process Server certified by the Texas Supreme Court and is applying his skills and knowledge to the field of Criminal Defense.
